Exotics By The Bay – Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 16, 2026

At Exotics By The Bay, we reserve and prepare vehicles specifically for each customer's rental period. By making a reservation, you agree to the following Return and Refund Policy.

Reservation Cancellation & Refunds

Eligible Refunds

Customers may cancel their reservation and receive a refund only if the cancellation request is submitted at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled vehicle pickup date and time.

Non-Refundable Reservations

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup date and time are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Same-day cancellations

  • No-shows

  • Failure to provide required rental documentation

  • Failure to meet driver eligibility requirements at pickup

  • Early vehicle returns

No refunds or credits will be issued for unused rental days once the rental period has begun.

Reservation Modifications

Requests to modify rental dates or vehicle selections are subject to vehicle availability and approval by Exotics By The Bay. Modification requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup may be denied or subject to additional charges.

Vehicle Returns

Return Time Requirements

Vehicles must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time stated in the rental agreement.

Late Return Fees

Failure to return the vehicle by the agreed return time may result in additional charges, including but not limited to:

  • Additional hourly rental charges

  • Additional daily rental charges

  • Administrative fees

  • Recovery or repossession expenses, if applicable

Late return fees will be calculated based on the vehicle's current rental rate and the length of the delay.

Unauthorized Vehicle Retention

Keeping a vehicle beyond the agreed rental period without prior authorization may constitute a breach of the rental agreement and may result in additional fees, collection actions, vehicle recovery efforts, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

Vehicle Condition Upon Return

The vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was provided, excluding normal wear and tear. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Excessive dirt or cleaning requirements

  • Interior stains or odors

  • Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle

  • Vehicle damage

  • Missing accessories, keys, documents, or equipment

  • Fuel shortages if the vehicle is not returned according to the fuel requirements outlined in the rental agreement

Weather, Travel Delays & Third-Party Circumstances

Exotics By The Bay is not responsible for travel disruptions, airline delays, weather conditions, personal emergencies, or other circumstances outside our control. Standard cancellation and refund policies will apply.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution and payment provider.
